Had a bike tour with Mike and the only bad thing i could say is that throughout the rest of my trip in Europe i have compared every other tour guide to him and consequently havent enjoyed them nearly as much.

I went with my Fiance to Sachsenhausen concentration camp & accidently met chris at a bus stop not far from the camp. I noticed he was speaking English to a group of people & asked would it be possible to join the tour. I can honesly say this is the best choice I have made since coming to Berlin. His indept description of the camp can only be explained as exceptional his English is outstanding & would highly recomend a tour to anyone going to Berlin. Chris also told us he does a bike tour around Berlin & if i was here for just 1 more day this is what i would be doing; Unfortunatly I must return home tomorrow but hope to visit Berlin again & will certinatly be meeting with Chris again.
Kurt is about the most amazing tour guide the world has ever known, I have been on nearly all his tours, (sometimes more than once!). He remains professional and unperturbed even when it is obvious that my interests extend to more than just the tour. Thanks Kurt! Please answer my letters!

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for a FANTASTIC walking tour of Berlin. It was so much more for me than a tour...it was coming to an understanding of the history and context of Europe, Berlin and the modern era of Germany to the present day, through your tour. My afternoon with you and our group was simply the BEST, most concise, yet detailed tour of anyplace I've ever been to. I learned so much...the creation of the German Federation, fall of Bismark, rise of the NAZI's,the Holocaust WWI and WWII and postwar, the rise and fall of the wall....and you helped, through our PARTICIPATION, for me to gain an understanding of the CONTEXT of all these things which shape our world today.
In my 30 day tour of Europe, this was, far and away the BEST TIME I had. It was funny, interesting, fascinating and educational, all at the same time.
Thank you for your enthusiasm and knowledge, which you share so freely with all of us. Your insights truly are "insider" information. I will recommend your tour to all who come to Berln. It is a MUST DO for any first, second or third time visitor, who wishes to understand Berlin and Germany in the context of the modern world.
Again, many thanks.
Sincerely,

Derek's detailed knowledge of various points of Berlin's history was very impressive. He made the tour fun, captivating and kept it real. He was also very helpful when asked other questions about the city. I'll recommend this tour to any one visiting Berlin!

Potsdam is listed as a World Heritage site by the UN and it is no small wonder. Not only is Potsdam incredibly picturesque with many palaces, lakes, manicured gardens, statues and water fountains dotted over hundreds of green acres but it is brimming with an equally fascinating history.
