Heiko's tour was fun and very informative. We've been on lots of great tours around Europe but the difference with Heiko was that he made each monument and street come alive. His jokes added to the whole experience - that doesn't mean we laughed at them all but they made it much more interesting! Berlin was our favourite city and this tour was one of the reasons why.

I'll never forget " The Man with the Red Umbrella" who in a rainy cold day guided me to one of the most significant tours of my life. Thank you Nigel for being so brillaint and professional.

We 'did' the tour today and despite the fact that it rained most of the morning, Chris managed to keep everyone interested and made the tour most informative. He was kind, helpful and even assisted on the little things - like people not knowing how to buy train tickets. I lived in Germany for 9 years and had a teacher for a father, but Chris told me things I hadn't heard before and made them all so interesting. He has a way of describing the horrors of the time and added the human side. He is an asset to your group! Much Thanks

Brian was a sensational tour guide who managed to bring me (a known cynic) to tears at the culmination of his tour. He literally went the extra mile with us and I learnt so much about this magnificent city in the day we spent with him. I cannot recommend him, or the tour, more highly. If you're hesitating, don't! Brian made me regret not having planned to spend more time in Berlin, and look forward to my next visit.

Brilliant. Kenny was a fascinating guide who really brought Berlin to life. I've never enjoyed a tour so much. It was moving and utterly gripping. I learnt so much I didn't know. We enjoyed it so much that we went on his Third Reich tour the next day, which was equally brilliant. Now back in London and knackered from so much walking! Wish we could have stayed and done more tours, we'll be recommending this to everyone. Kenny, if you're half as good at writing stories as you are at telling them, you'll have a bestseller on your hands!

Ask for Nigel! Myself and two friends took two tours with Nigel so impressed were we by his intimate knowledge and obvious passion. The fact that Nigel had been in the forces and resident for many years added to the depth of his answers under our intense questioning. As a fellow guide (City of London) I appreciated his enthusiasm and the level of research and material he has clearly amassed. Highly recommended. Age and experience over beauty - sorry Nigel.

My wife and I did the tour with Kenny and it was the highlight of our 4 days in Berlin.Kenny was funny, knowledgeble and the four and a half hour tour was brilliant. Would encourage anyone to do this tour on day one

Last week, when in Berlin, we went on a Walking Tour with Andrew as our Guide. The 4+ hour tour was outstanding! We saw much more than a bus tour could allow, and found certain sites that we returned to the next day for a more indepth review.
Andrew's knowledge greatly facilitated the tour. His insight into WWII, the holocost, the Communist rule, the Berlin Wall and more was excellent.
He also helped us understand the "value" of the 100 and 200 trains, which we also used the next day. I must say that Andrew's Tour was the highlight of our stay in Berlin.

I've been to Berlin several times but have never taken one of these tours. I regret that since the Famous Insider tour given by Brian was amazing. He brings a lot of excitement, comedy and passion to his tour, and wants you to know and love Berlin the way he does.
