Hey! Maybe you've already heard our story, but we were the two women who had a narrowly avoided an unnecessary argument instigated by two Australian boys on the pub crawl. Thanks to Phil's quick action and take-charge attitude, any conflict was prevented. He even went out of his way to make sure we had a great time and got home safely. Give him a raise! Phil is, hands-down, the best tour guide ever! Thanks, Phil!

Unfortunately, we were only able to spend two days in Berlin. However, taking the Insider Tour with Jamie allowed us to see just about everything that we wanted to see. Jamie really knew his stuff and was able to answer everyone's questions. He's so dedicated to ensuring he knows everything about the area. There was a new exhibition at the Museum and he ran over to find out exactly what it was all about so he could tell us and future groups. True dedication! We learned a lot more than we were expecting. Thanks Jamie! -From three Yanks.
With the help from one of the most easy going, helpful and insightful tour guides, the experience of going to a place like Sachsenhausen an unforgettable one. Thank you Nigel and Insider Tours for a great day.
I went on the Sachenhausen tour. Nigel took a gruesome subject and a haunted place and made it terrifyingly real. He gave us the clues, and the mysteries, the ghastliness and the humanity. Today I heard some boots marching behind me, and it brought me right back to last Sunday. I do not want to say it was a great tour, because such a description is trite. I will just say, thank you to Nigel, and recommend the tour highly to everyone who goes to Berlin.

Learned more about the second world war from 4 hours with Kenny than from all that the British education system could achieve. Even my husband who is very widely read on the subject was extremely impressed and enlightened. Thanks very much - the best 12 Euros we spent while in Berlin, and we were only sorry that we didn't take any of the other tours. Highly recommended. Cheers!

Nigel was our guide for one of your latest tour additions - Saxonhausen Concentration Camp. I was in Berlin 3 years ago and did your Original Tour which I had very fond memories of. This time I brought 3 other friends and I think they all had similar experiences this time around. Nigel is clearly very knowledgable in this area and I found him extremely easy to listen to. All in all another great trip. Many thanks again Insider.
We took the walking tour of Saxonhausen with Nigel as our guide. Nigel was an excellent guide and very well informed. While it's difficult to enjoy a tour of a concentration camp Nigel made it a really worthwhile day.
Would highly recommend this tour to anyone going to Berlin.

Thank you Kenny. A friend of ours is coming to Berlin for a World Cup game (don't worry - he's not a hooligan) and I will have no hesitation in telling him to do as many of your tours as he can fit in. This may sound daft but we wanted to visit and tour Berlin but we weren't totally sure why, how and what we wanted to see. My girlfriend saw your leaflet and we liked the idea of a 'walking' tour. It was brilliant. Very, very interesting and Kenny was very knowledgeable (and 'enthusiastic') about his tour. Once again a big thank you. We plan to revisit Berlin and we'll definitely be doing more of your tours.
Loved the Insiders bike tour... it was brilliant definitely the highpoint of my trip. Phil was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable , funny and very patient which came in handy when we asked questions or fell off our bikes :-).
He obviously loves Berlin and he made it come alive for me.
I and my friends were so blown away by how good he was that we went on the pub crawl he was guiding that night. It was a blast. I had a great time and I'm definitely looking forward to my next trip to Berlin. Here's saying thanks Phil you were great.
Thanks Scott for a very informative and genuinely enthusiastic tour. Thanks for your directions - We managed to find the Commonwealth war graves cemetary on the Heerstrasse. Combined with the tour it was a very moving experience from all points of view. Hopefully there will be a 'next visit' and time for more tours.
