What a fun tour! Despite the cold, Kenny was friendly and chatty with all and provided us with interesting and detailed information, along with a great bit of humor! It was amazing to see all the historical places and get the easy to understand truth about the different areas. He was a teriffic tour guide, even my kids (age 6 and 10) enjoyed listening to his tales of Berlin! Thank You so much! And get the man a pair of ear-muffs! ;)

Questo tour era stato pensato come regalo ai miei genitori in occasione della loro visita natalizia a Berlino. Siamo rimasti tutti contenti e interessati. Complimenti a Gianluca, che

I travelled to Berlin for only a weekend, so I didn't have enough time to give the city full justice. However, I stumbled upon the insider tour and was greeted by Kenny the Scotsman. The tour was extremely informative and very interesting with a touch of humour thrown in at appropriate times. After the tour disbanded Kenny and several others went on the rides at the christmas markets. Had absolutely mint time. That paved the way to the Pub Crawl led by Simone I believe. Also another fantastic experience accompanied by a South African and two Aussie girls. A big thumbs up for Insider Tours, Berlin, Kenny and Simone for giving me such a great time.
Great tour with an enthusiastic guide
Nigel seems to know what he is talking about - I might just plan my next Berlin tour so that I can experience his version of the cold war tour!
Thanks!
Hello,
I recently did the Insider tour of Berlin with a tour guide named Pen, and would just like to let you know that she was absolutely fantastic. We all thought she was great and made the tour so worthwhile. I will be recommending the tour to others, however I hoped Pen's great work should get recognised and applauded. You have a great staff member there.
Cheers,
Rebecca Nadilo.

I just wanted to tell you how profoundly impressed my husband and I were by Penelope, with whom we went on the Sachsenhausen tour last Sunday. I have read a great deal, and written various articles, about the Nazi period, so I did not expect to learn much that was new to me, but she was so well-informed, and had clearly thought so deeply about the ramifications of what she was telling us, that all her factual material came vividly alive. Without being preachy or simplistic, she turned the information she was presenting into an impassioned morality tale that is likely to haunt everyone in the group for a long time.
As a professional critic, I tend to be highly critical of everything under the sun, so it is a great pleasure to be able to praise someone unreservedly.
Sincerely,
Evelyn Toynton
What a brilliant tour guide, Derek was so knowledgeable and witty that I didn't mind the cold and getting completely soaked. It was as if had transported us to another world.
Potsdam is listed as a World Heritage site by the UN and it is no small wonder. Not only is Potsdam incredibly picturesque with many palaces, lakes, manicured gardens, statues and water fountains dotted over hundreds of green acres but it is brimming with an equally fascinating history.
