I just wanted to write and say that Derek was a fantastic tour guide! I really appreciated how comprehensive the tour was. It was great to hear such an exhaustive history of the city. Excellent tour, highly recommended. Did the pub crawl as well, also recommended but for different reasons, I finally called it a day at 2 AM as I didn't want to lose a day when I only had 3!

We really enjoyed this tour! Mike was fantastic! Two of our party were teachers and were very impressed by his enthusiasm for Berlin and his incredibly accessible manner in conveying the facts. I will be recommending him and your company to any body I know going to Berlin!

Last weekend I visited Berlin with my wife and some friends and took two of your tours - Third Reich and Sachenhausen. Both were extremely interesting and thought provoking. I would like to pass on my thanks to the guides - Jessy and Mike Stack. Both gave excellent tours but in particular I would like to say that Mike gave a thoroughly absorbing day. His knowledge of and enthusiasm for the subject is second to none and his style of lecturing is excellent. Mike mentioned that he was inspired at the age of 15 by a teacher. I am sure that if at that age I had had a teacher with the passion of Mike I would have been inspired too.

Hello, I just wanted to email you and let you know what a spectacular job Kenny did on the tour I took with him. I was on the Insider Famous Walking Tour in early-mid May. I could find out the exact day if you would like but I don`t know off the top of my head. Kenny kept me entertained and completely spellbound with his facts and storytelling. Even after the tour was complete he answered my question with a 25 minute history filled story. Absolutely fantastic. It was his storytelling and knowledge which made me want to take his Third Reich tour the following day. Again on the Third Reich tour I learned so many things and was utterly amazed at how effortlessly Kenny told the stories and kept us all intrigued. I was a little unsure of having a Scotsman giving me a history tour and lesson on Berlin and Germany but I stand corrected. He is easily the best guide I have had on any tour I have taken in my two months in Europe and I have a hard time believing that anyone will be able to top him over the next two months! That evening I also partook in the Insider Pub Crawl with Simone, she was absolutely hilarious and a great guide with tons of knowledge as well. Even seeing her the next day when she was relaxing on her own time she was still willing to happily answer any questions we had. I just thought I would send an email to you regarding your staff as you probably recieve more bad comments than good about them. I would like to say a huge thank you to Kenny who guided us on the Famous Insider Walk on Sat 25/05/08. Why was the tour so good? Two reasons: 1) he knows a great deal about his subject and 2) he is a fantastic storyteller! The story of Berlin comes to life on Kenny's tour.

I had Andrew M for both the Famous Insider Walk and the Third Reich Berlin tour. Both were beyond excellent. It felt like I was getting a highly interactive lesson of the many aspects of Berlin and the Third Reich. Andrew does an excellent job of giving you all the background you need to reach a new level of appreciation for awesome history of Berlin and the many sites within it.

This was not a tour we had planned until we saw it advertised after doing the standard Berlin tour. Pen our guide was perfect for the job and her knowledge was superb, making a long day more than intersesting. Another memorable day and a good job very well done!! Thanks!
